This Site is intended to provide information about our salon, services, pricing, and booking options.
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person. Walk-in's are welcome however we may not be able to guarentee your perfered service provider or level upon a walk-in.
Guests who no-show appointments or cancel appointments with less than 3 hours’ notice are subject to 50% deposit to book future appointments after three, no-shows or less than 3-hour notice cancellations. Additioanlly, Guests who fail to confirm their appointments by 9am day of the appointment will be contacted one final time and removed from the schedule if no communication is received.

Results may vary depending on hair type, condition, and aftercare.
We happily offer a two-week guarantee on all services ensure your complete satisfaction. We will adjust any services necessary any no charge to you. However, we do not offer refunds on services.
Guests are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before services.

Products may be exchanged or returned for store credit only. Products must be returned within 60 days of original purchase with no more than 30% of the product used. No refunds on product. We are not responsible for reactions caused by products not purchased from our salon.
Gift Card purchases are not refundable, must be presented upon payment to redeem, no cash value, and no exchanges may be made! Cards cannot be honored if lost or stolen. Gift cards do not expire. A $3.13 service charge will be applied to gift cards that remain inactive for 18 months.

Our stylists take all reasonable precautions, but we are not liable for damage to clothing, personal items, or for outcomes affected by prior treatments or undisclosed conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages.
